A Great Paleo Link

Tonight in the weight room we got talking about paleo diets.  I was able to shed 24 pounds last year by giving up most dairy, wheat, soy, and sugar and doing a lot of walking.  “Hey, you eat paleo.”  So the discussion of Mark Sisson and MarksDailyApple.com came up, necessitating a peek at the website.  Love it, so much I walked down to Barnes and Noble at the Gateway to get the book.

Oh some extra items I can use in my next stage of transformation !!  My inner wisdom smiled the whole way down and back.  : D
